Christians in Pakistan currently face significant daily challenges including wide illiteracy and low employment opportunities. Most of them are living below the poverty line. This means they cannot afford for their children to receive an education.
In May 2024 Ricky & Grace Julius, who reside in Newcastle NSW and attend our church at All Saints ANew, established Hopebridge School in Lahore, Pakistan. With the help of the church they were able to raise enough funds to employ teachers and set up a school so that Christian children are able to obtain a free Christian education which covers the curriculum and also provides spiritual input.
How can you help?
It costs $15 a month or $180 a year per student to cover the cost of all school related expenses including school syllabus, teachers salaries, rent, utilities, stationery and books for the children.

Hopebridge School employs 4 teachers and a cleaner and has 163 children enrolled with a waiting list of 80 more children wanting to attend.
Future Plans
The aim is to be able to accommodate and educate 500 students. To do this a larger facility needs to be purchased so that more enrolments can be accepted. The current premises are at full capacity. One off donations toward this project would be most welcome.
